We will replace any item in your self-care box if it has been damaged during shipment or delivery and if product (s) have not been opened/used.
Products that are damaged by Xpressions Self-Care Services or delivery may be exchanged for new product (s) within 14 Business Days. Returned within 30 days – you will qualify for an online credit to spend on another Xpressions product equaled up to the cost of the returned/damaged item.
